As you can see, the International version will not be getting this update until February 2011.
Enterprising players on PWI have been making accounts on the Chinese Perfect World, who released the expansion on December 8th, and playing the new characters on there.
I hope to publish the information I find on the Chinese version here for you all to enjoy.
Please bear in mind though, that any information here may change when the conversion and release on the International servers occurs.
